Molly is our Senior Vice President, responsible for leading our Customer Success and advice teams. She began her career in customer success at Springbuk, where she progressed from a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to the Vice President of Services and Support, overseeing support, services, and success operations. After that, she spent a year at PandaDoc, where she led their scaled customer success team.
